Sunday June 23, 12-12:30 pm - Learn to make your own spicy ginger beer, refreshing lemon-lime soda-pop & other refreshing, sparkling summer drinks. Fast, fun & easy to make, they can be turned into delightful patio cocktails, or served instead of commercial pop to kids and anyone else looking for a healthy, low-calorie alternative. Home-made Tea Soda Pop is low in sugar, preservative-free, and rich in flavour and nutrients.

Learn how to make summer themed tea drinks, perfect for summer gatherings and barbeques, including a Canada Day tea slushie and other tea-lightful concoctions. This session focuses on drinks that can be made and served by the pitcher, or in a punchbowl, so that entertaining is as effortless as can be. FREE Chinese Tea Ceremony & Tastings
Monday July 1, Canada Day - Ring in Canada Day by taking in a Chinese Tea Ceremony in Victoria’s Historic Chinatown, which is also Canada’s Oldest and a national historic site. Believed to bring blessings and good fortune, the Chinese Tea Ceremony is the world’s oldest tea ritual. You’ll also get to experience a professional tea tasting & explore the artistry of Chinese tea.

My daughter and I did the tea tasting with chocolate and REALLY enjoyed it! We were exposed to a lot new teas that we previously had not tried as well as some delightful chocolate! The lady that led the tasting clearly knew her stuff and her pairings were great! I highly recommend this experience and look forward to doing another.
